Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using The Freedom Map, including this website, the member application and any related tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

The Freedom Map is an AI-guided digital platform designed to help you work through the steps of building a digital product business. Within the platform you can:

• identify knowledge, skills or experience you may be able to monetize
• define a customer you want to serve
• create digital-product materials and outlines
• create marketing and content materials
• create an execution plan and next steps
• use the AI adviser and related planning tools

The service provides tools, structure, guidance and generated materials. What you do with them is up to you. Results depend entirely on your own effort, decisions, market and circumstances. The Freedom Map does not guarantee income, revenue, customers, audience growth or business success of any kind.

3. AI-generated content

Many outputs inside The Freedom Map are generated by artificial intelligence. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, publishing it or sharing it, including verifying any factual, legal, financial, medical, tax, regulatory or other professional information relevant to your situation.

Nothing produced by the platform is legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or other licensed professional advice. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Membership and billing

• The current membership price is $67 USD per month.
• Membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment method displayed at checkout. Your payment provider's terms also apply.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• Prices may change in the future on a prospective basis with reasonable advance notice. No price change is currently scheduled.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account's billing management area, which opens a secure Stripe-hosted billing page for your subscription. When you cancel, your subscription is set to end at the close of the billing period you have already paid for; your membership access continues until that date and then stops, and no further monthly charges are made after cancellation takes effect.

6. Refunds

The Freedom Map does not advertise or promise a money-back guarantee. Because membership is billed month to month and can be cancelled before the next renewal, charges for a billing period that has already begun are generally not refunded.

7. Account responsibility

• Keep your account information accurate and current.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

8. User content

You keep ownership of the information, answers, materials and content you provide to The Freedom Map. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit and display that content — including sending it to the service providers that power the platform — solely in order to operate the service and produce the outputs you request.

We do not claim ownership of your business, your ideas, your products or the content you upload.

9. AI output and your use of it

You may use the outputs generated for you inside the platform, including for commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and the rights of third parties. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output is original, unique, non-infringing or legally protectable, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to use The Freedom Map to:

• engage in unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity
• harass, abuse or harm others
• attack, probe, overload or interfere with the security or integrity of the service
• access or attempt to access another user's account or data
• scrape, resell, sublicense or misuse the platform or its content beyond your own business use
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties

11. Intellectual property

The Freedom Map name, branding, software, design, platform structure, prompts, frameworks and proprietary content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts your ownership or use of the individualized business materials you create through the platform.

12. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, including payment processing (Stripe), AI and model providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, and email delivery providers. Their availability affects ours, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply to the data they handle.

13. No guarantee of business results

The Freedom Map provides tools, guidance, content generation and planning support. It does not guarantee income, profitability, sales, audience growth, customer acquisition or business success. Any examples, illustrations or sample outputs are for demonstration only and are not projections of your results.

14. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Freedom Map and its owners, contractors and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

15. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms or engage in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, payment reversal abuse, or conduct that threatens the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your membership.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms on a prospective basis. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, such as posting an updated effective date on this page or emailing members. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
